QB: Fields, Lance, Watson
RB: Jones, CEH, Mixon, Etienne, Jacobs
WR: Hopkins, Ridley, Chase, McLaurin, MT
TE: Waller

I am thinking this is going to determine my build for the rest of the draft. If I can get CEH and either Mixon or Jones we could compete.

Or I grab WRs and punt this year which I usually do.

I think I am sold on CEH right now. I also have an offer of a 22 and 23 first for this pick but I'd rather make the pick with the value right now. I wish I could grab Ridley here too.

The teams between me have 2 RBs each so I am not sure what they plan on.

Based on your young QB core, I could see going young and future forward. If you do, Chase and Etienne look great here. If you could want to compete this year, I would go with your top RB and Ridley or Thomas.

Watson is also great value here long term.

Safe path is Chase and ETN (or CEH?). Sets you up nicely for future while also allowing you to compete in 2021 if things break your way. Though it’s tough to pass on Ridley there.

I don’t like the idea of Drafting burrow Lawrence then trying to compete. I’d play for next year here, ceh and chase makes sense. Would the guy offering for the pick give you a startup pick + future 1st?

i'm taking waller all day in a TEP. then probably helaire. plenty of good WRs in rounds 5-8.

I like the idea of going CEH and Watson. Watson should definitely be one of your picks here (likely the first one). You are getting a 2 round reduction in his startup price due to his current circumstances and most likely he's going to be playing either this year or next.

I like CEH to increase his production significantly this year. Ridley is the wr that jumps out to me.

If you do end up with mixon, you should shift to a win now build and should grab anofher QB or two due to your current QBs (burrow coming off acl injury, TLaw rookie).

Given the two teams have 2 RBs, I'd go Watson 3.10, and then CEH, Ridley, lance, fields for the other pick.

Waller would have been hard to pass on but can't argue with CEH and Watson. Getting nice value and staying young. These threads have me itching to get in another start-up

Can't argue with results i think you got the best 2 there. Sounds like those teams that you sandwhich are going to be QB needy on this time around. I would look at shopping your next pick to both of them if there is one solid QB left, you may be able to get significant value from them.

The issue is there are still a lot of solid QBs so nobody is trying to trade up. I kinda want to take another one like Stafford as trade bait and hopefully it starts a QB run

If the rest of the league is devaluing QBs, I would not take one like stafford. I get that its tempting, but the value of a player is based on the perception of the league. I'm fine with gobbling up younger QBs that I don't mind sitting on my bench while they develop and the league learns how to value QBs, but I don't want older ones that by the time the league changes, I can't get good value from the older players.

Either way i'd pause and shop the pick to the guy in the 12 spot, just incase they want to move up 2-3 spots in this round, for a round or two jump later in the draft.
