Is he worth a 2012 1st rd pick?

No way. I'm not sure I would give a good 2nd rd pick for Dallas.

Not worth a 1st given the emergence of a bunch of other TEs. Even if he returns to his old production, his VORP becomes lower. Plus he's older and I have this nagging suspicion that Peyton will never be Peyton again

Don't let his suspicion give you that much doubt. People doubt Peyton Manning at their own risk.

It really depends on the size of your league. In a 16 team league like mine, i would probably give up a late (12-16) first round pick for Clark if I thought I was only a stud TE away from competing.

However, if you have several other holes to fill, I probably wouldn't give up such a valuable pick.

Agreed, no way for a 1. Mid to late second, maybe. It'd depend on the roster.

Depending on need, I would give a mid to late 2nd, but not much more.

He has shown signs of life in the last two games.

I agree on the value...not worth a first round pick! We don't know the future of Indy's offense and he was a huger benefit of Peyton's distribution! No way to tell if that continues and if he is forced to block more than he is used to! Just too much uncertainty and a lot of good, young TE options to choose from!

Id give a 3rd for Clark. I have no desire to roster a guy like him when TE depth is excellent these days.
