The team that just poured cap space and draft capital into addressing the WR position this offseason?

Why?

If the Raiders had cap, Gruden would be all over this

I think this would be the most likely landing spot.

Keep in mind that Julio may be willing to change his contract to push some 2021 money into next season. The salary cap is expected to go up quite a bit next year.

With that in mind, many more teams could potentially want to add him if the cost is really only a 2nd rounder.
Not all that counts can be counted. Not all that can be counted counts.

Yep..I could see the Lions eating another big contract given they have no WRs.

Chargers got any money?

Man, I wish Bill O’Brien was around to trade his 2023 1st and 2nd round picks for Julio and a 2024 5th.

I think Ballard has shown he will open the pocketbook if he sees the right value/age proposition. I think he sees locking in Leonard and Nelson as a better use of the cap money. I agree. I agree 100% that Julio would be an awesome get, one more weapon to regain Wentz's confidence.

The obvious team would be the Rams

Connection with coaches and that team loves to trade future 1st round picks.

They could ship a pick and player in return

The problem is Julio, he is quiet but has a huge ego with money apparently

It's my understanding that Julio didn't get moved pre-drat because the asking price was a 1st and nobody would pay it. Now a 2nd seems more realistic if any teams are willing to pony-up.

I heard the audio this morning when Shannon Sharpe was asking him about being back in Atlanta for 2021 and he said, "I'm outta' there". So it seems like a foregone conclusion. He wants out, the Falcons need cap relief to sign the draft picks, etc...

Julio also has said recently that he wants to play with Cam Newton. This morning in addition to "I'm outta' there," he said he "Wanted to play for a winner." Not sure New England qualifies, so that seems a little strange unless he believes his addition will make all the difference for a team's ability to compete.

All the most obvious landing spots have been addressed (those teams with cap space). But I agree with Pac_Eddy that it's possible Julio could restructure if it means getting dealt to a team he really wants to join. This very much sounds like a player who will be moved sometime after June, 1st.

Titans really feel like the right spot... that offense is an injury to either AJB or Derrick Henry away from going in the absolute tank. Julio would at least make them three deep.
