Zeke vs Evans + Juju

An owner issued a verbal offer that definitely has me intrigued. It is:

Give: Zeke
Get: Evans + Juju

I know all three players have had declining values. We currently must start 2RB, 2WR, and 2FLEX (technically 3 but one is SF). My starters were going to be something like: Barkley/Zeke and MT/Godwin/Jefferson then finally one of Higgins/DJM/Sanders/Mixon based on matchups.

So essentially instead of starting Zeke at RB I’d start one of sanders/Mixon and instead of starting one of the matchup options I’d probably plug in Evans.

Is this a good deal to make based on value, then deal some of my WR depth to get back potentially a younger RB?

Hold for me. I think Zeke is more important to your build based on the format. I still think he bounces back and is elite for another couple seasons. Evans is in a crowded offense and JuJu going back to Pittsburgh is not great. This can obviously change for both WR's long term, but I think Zeke is easily the best asset in the deal.

Agree, Zeke is better for your roster. If you're worried about his age, you could try trading him + WR depth for a younger RB like Dobbins, Swift

With the nice depth to choose from already, I’d hold Zeke here. I think Zeke will be far more important to your team than these WRs. That said, if an offer for one the top 2nd year RBs came around, I’d be much more willing to part Zeke.

Pass for me. You have 4 (possibly 5) WRs that I would start consistently ahead of Evans and Juju, so considering that you could only start 4 WR, they hold very little utility over a RB that is a likely starter (either at RB or flex) most weeks.

Thanks for the input so far. I agree with all of your sentiments. I suppose my biggest question was if the WR side would have better value that I could flip for better talent but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I’m hoping to flip Zeke for a younger RB but two people combined own swift/dobbins and CEH/JT and they aren’t parting with them for anything less than a kings ransom. I’m expecting a bounce back from Zeke so I’ll probably hold unless a deal blows me away.
