While I'd strongly consider the offer with a rebuild, your team is not that. I'd stick with CMC. You already have a competitive squad and adding BPA at 1.04 and 1.07 should strengthen your team.

I think with owning multiple picks already, I would hold CMC to help you make a run over the next couple years. The value is pretty solid overall, but feels a little short still.

If you were more QB needy, I could see making this deal. As is, I'd rather hold CMC unless you feel like you could flip 1.02 for something sweet to a team in need of a QB, but I'd have that in place before making this deal. If you draft at 1.02 you're either drafting a player you don't need at the right value or reaching for team need, neither is ideal.
