1.03 for Multiple 1sts

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

1.03 for Multiple 1sts

Postby Harrison92 » Tue Mar 02, 2021 2:42 pm

1.03 for 1.06, late 2022 1st, late 2023 1st

The owner of 1.01 said he will take Chase no matter what. I would probably target Smith but I understand Harris is the better pick at 1.02.

Based on the distribution of assets in my league, I think it’s very unlikely that I get a better offer than this.

Would you make this trade with my roster?
10 Team .5 PPR 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 FLEX, 35 K
QB: Herbert, Burrow, Fields
RB: Harris, Taylor, Barkley, Swift, Dobbins
WR: Hopkins, Godwin, KA, Jeudy, Julio, Juju, Diontae, Claypool, Devonta Smith, Pittman, Chark, Miller
TE: Andrews, Pitts, Ertz, Freiermuth

2022: 1st, 5x 2nd, 3x 3rd
2023: 3x 1st, 2x 2nd, 3rd
2024: 1st, 2x 2nd

The value is fair with distributing picks over three drafts, but adding two of the top three to your already solid young build is pretty appealing. I would hold but adding likely Harris and Smith (pending landing spots) is too good to pass on for me.

I’d probably hold 1.03 here.

I would easily take that offer. Shop some picks around elsewhere to obtain more studs if you think you have “too much” capital.

Absolutely no way to know what a pick will be 2 years out. Just no way to know. Anything could happen. If you like someone at 1.6 I’d make the deal. Could end up being a top 3 pick.

.5 ppr, TE premium +.5, .2 return yards, big play bonuses, 4 team playoffs and 2 week super bowl (wk 15,16).
Start 1 QB 6 pt passing TD, 2 RBs, 3 WR, 1 flex, 1 TE.

QBs- Dak P
RBs- miles sanders, CEH, Najee Harris, Antonio gibson, James robinson, Boston Scott, qadree ollison, eno Benjamin, Sony michel, kerryon Johnson, gerrid Doaks, Larry rountree,
WRs- Brandon aiyuk, shenault, Adam thielen, Antonio brown, kadarius Toney, Jacobi Meyers, Dwayne eskridge, jalen Darden.

TEs- Goedert, fant, Hayden hurst, Dan Arnold, Donald parham

I would absolutely take him there. Chase and Smith are my #1 and #2 in the class currently. Harris will likely have the most value though.

This. I'm shocked people are suggesting otherwise. You move back 3 spots and pick up TWO future firsts?? Dude, this is a no brainer.

Take the offer. 3 1sts while only moving down 3 spots is a no brainer for me. This is how you build Dynasty juggernauts!!

This is a smash accept for me, especially where in reality there isn't a big drop off between 1.03 and 1.06 in this years class.

DEF - Bills, Vikings.

Rookie Picks: 1.02, 2.02, 3.02, 4.02 and 5.02.

TEAM 2
Dynasty PPR - SuperFlex and TE Prem. (16 teams)

QB - Prescott, Pickett, Ridder, Mariota, Mullins, Willis.
RB - Walker III, R. White, Montgomery, Singletary, R. Jones, Mack, Hull, Sermon.

That's a crazy offer for the 1.03. I'd take that in a heartbeat..

The only reason not to would be if you were worried/concerned that the league might not be around in 2023. But in terms of value, it's a no-brainer. Even if those turned out to be 1.10 (or 1.12, not sure about the league format) in 2022 and 2023.

I have smith "much" lower I guess. 1.05 for me. Not a lot lower but in a tier below my top 3
