Te premium basically make the stud tes worth studs at other positions, and so on. If it’s 2ppr for te. And then just go from there. Don’t know where to find adp thoigh

These are for last season but may give an idea of what to expect for 2021.

This year's drafts haven't started yet but FFPC is TE Premium and fantasymojo.com tracks ADP from those.
12 Team FFPC TE Premium
QB: Herbert, Brady
RB: Barkley, Mixon, Jav Williams, Pierce, Drake
WR: Jefferson, AJ Brown, Metcalf, Hopkins, Peoples-Jones
TE: Kittle, Goedert

Depending on the level of premium TE premium basically just makes kettle, waller and kelce worth the sane as elite wrs in the same age range and maybe bumps up the field of TEs a little but not much. It also probably significantly elevates TE prospects like Pitts who seem decently likely to enter that group to put them up near the top tier of wr rookies. Adding a 2nd TE requirement does a lot more for the field of decent TEs and especially for the lower end starting options
