I do not play a IDP But I’m very surprised anybody would part with the rookie quarterback that lit league on fire in a 16 team super flex. My guess is he is a top 10 pick in that format. I have been wanting a share of Herbert and have had zero luck anywhere. I also wanted to unload Wentz in here (as I have him in several leagues). I hated to get rid of JJ, but my WR depth could support the QB upgrade. Crosby was inconsequential. The 1.12 was a nice bonus.
I think it’s one of those trades where both team owners got their guy (he wanted one Jefferson and I wanted Herbert) and the rest of the deal just fell into place.
Interesting side note: last year during the rookie draft, I made a trade to leapfrog the above owner and I had the choice between Ruggs and Herbert. I could have had both Jefferson and Herbert, if I had a crystal ball.
Love it for you. Think team 2 may have lost some value. Team 3 got fleeced. I don't think I'd give Diggs for the other side alone in 1 QB.
