For some reason TEs have very little value in my league. I would be getting Kelce from the worst team in the league and trying to resell to one of the better teams in the league.

I just feel like Kelce doesn’t fit my build well, what do you think about an early second or late first added to Terry?

I think the prospect of cornering so much of the positional advantage at TE onto your team by holding Kelce after the first deal is very intriguing. That said, if you’re only interested in using him as a means to an end, Gallup/Hurst/2nd is cheap for Terry. Anything you could get added to Terry is a bonus.

Might be overthinking it a little bit here, but putting aside how much it will improve your team; owning Kelce and Kittle greatly weakens the rest of your league opponents at TE. Even if you don't start them both every week, that's a positional point advantage you'll always have no matter who you face. The owner who has Waller is probably the only one who would consistently put up similar numbers. I'd make the trade for Kelce and then consider other options to pick up McClurin, or at least sell Kelce/Kittle for much higher value in season when people remember how terrible it is streaming tight ends/getting single digit performances from TD reliant ones.

This was my thought. Either way, Gallup Hurst and a second is super cheap for either of these studs. I have McLaurin as a top 8 dynasty WR. I also have Kelce as a good sell high due to his age. But I wouldn't fault you either way. Definitely make the move for Kelce, from there, see what you can get for him.

Cheap for Kelce or Terry. I'd be more concerned by your RBs. Rather than trade for Terry I'd test the market for an RB1 so you can compete.

Just get Kelce and sit on him. Once you have both someone will find you. If not keep both, the positional advantage is a huge gap compared to the rest of your league.

No matter the direction of your roster, Kelce fits your build. He plays with the best QB and put up better numbers than WRs, this is STEALING Kelce. Don’t overthink it. Take Kelce and enjoy the championships over the next couple of years.

I’d also keep Andrews. You’ll have the top 3 TEs for at least 2 more years then if Kelce is done the top 2 for 4+ after.

Flip Kelce(or Andrews) for a rb, and you’re competing.
