One of the biggest mistakes ive ever made is not getting a single piece of that 2017 class aside from Golladay. Set me back a few years because i was trying to catch up to the teams that loaded up on it. I didnt make that mistake with this class. When there is a truly special class you just have to do whatever you can do keep or get more picks or you risk being set back. If people are already hyping the 2023 class (i know i know looooooonnnnggggg way to go) i expect that to be a big one like this one as well, ill look to acquire those picks when i can as well.

2017 class that was a great one. Unfortunately I was enamored with Fournette. In one league traded the 1.04 and 1.07 so I could get the 1.01 to draft him. 🤮 I could have had Cook and Kamara
20 Team Superflex (1/2 PPR / 6pt TD's)
11 Starters - QB 1(2), RB 2(4), WR 2(5), TE 2(3)

QB - Kirk Cousins, Deshaun Watson
RB - Christian McCaffrey, JK Dobbins, Tony Pollard, Jaylen Warren
WR - Odell Beckham, Adam Thielen, Allen Robinson, Donavan Peoples-Jones
TE - Mark Andrews, Jonnu Smith

The 2009 draft class is a perfect example.

Remember Knowshon, Beanie Wells, Shonn Greene, Hakeem Nicks, Percy Harvin, Kenny Britt?

Meanwhile some guys had long term holding power. LeSean, Crabtree, Maclin, etc.

Nicks....what a shame that injuries did him in. I remember him going as a top 2 dynasty WR right behind Megatron.
Kenny Britt didn't have a great rookie season. Neither did Beanie. Knowshow reminds me a lot of CEH

Hakeem Nicks.. man.. Sammy Watkins.. why the hell do these teams let these super stars try to play on a Lisfranc Injury????

Percy Harvin and those migraines were also just really unlucky...
Old drafts are fun to look at.

Check out my 2010 startup draft & look where the 2009 rookies got plucked. Luckily I walked away with LeSean (I got sniped on Javid Best).

I mean it happens. In my league, there were 8 RB that went before another position in that draft. Imagine me, with the 1.09, smiling as Davis fell to me...

2017 was great, 2020 appears excellent, and from what I'm reading/hearing 2023 is supposed to be the next big one. But who knows lol.

2023 is potentially LOADED at RB, still a long way to go though obviously. There are some good WR prospects in that class too, and a highly regarded TE recruit (LSU Arik Gilbert) who very much looked the part before opting out and potentially transferring. Again, it's absolutely too early to say for sure how good it will end up being, but it could be excellent. I think all the classes between '20-'23 are/will be very strong and an excellent 4 year run.

haha I almost said something when we started talking about '22's class. But were onto '23 already? Who knows what will happen. Usually at least 1 or 2 guys emerge at the end of the season and can shakeup the whole draft. Lot of football to played

are 21 + 22 good? I figured 23 was getting hype because of how down the next 2 years look. Obviously SF changes a lot of things but I can't think of any skill guys I'm excited about in 2022

Well '21 is the upcoming class, and I think it's very good, but a bit thin at RB.

'22 takes a dip a QB, but that's just because this years class is exceptional, and who really knows about TE. RB though looks quite good with A&M's Isaiah Spiller and Iowa State's Breece Hall leading the way, and another strong and deep WR class.
