Death Star Squads

I'm assuming most leagues have at least one just other worldly team you have to go up against (unless of course it's yours). One that just strikes fear in everyone's hearts. So let's see them!

This was after he shipped off Claypool, Sutton, Watson (part of the Mahomes trade), Zeke and Hockenson. So technically this is his weakened lineup since he's going for it this year and has uncharacteristically overpaid for some players.

Edit: I am also tied for first with a pretty solid paper squad that can never seem to fire (but the couple of times they have all fired in a week the result has been fun)

On any given week I can put up 160+ points, but I've been hovering around 100 the past couple of weeks due to injury and poor performances. This week's lineup is laughable with Godwin, Evans, and DJ Moore all on byes. Hopefully this will help my team come into playoffs healthy.

Team 2 in my sig has outscored the other 23 teams (2 copy) in my league by over 100 points even with Kittle and Mixon injuries. There's some other depth not listed too. My 2-4 teams have all been pretty dominant.

Well I'm the proud owner of a death star squad (team #2 in signature). 12-0, 2126 total points (177/week), 2nd highest scorer is at 1862 (155/week).

It's also a victory point league. (2VP per win, scorers 1-4 get 2VPs, 5-8 get 1 VP, 9-12 get 0 VP). I've only not been in the top 4 3 times. I have 45 out of a possible 48 VPs.

Smallest margin of victory was week #1, 170-151.

And for fun I have 2 first rounders in 2021, my own and one in the top half with a decent chance of it being 1.01.

I'll also note I'm (I think) the most active traded in the league which had helped me assemble this team. Kelce, cook, monty (yay?), Metcalf, and KA were all traded for (though KA was originally traded away by me for kelce, and then re acquired later). Before or during the 2020 season.

Oh for sure. I don’t blame him. I tried on kittle a few times and it just wasn’t worth it. He will cash out eventually but you’re right, he’s got such a positional advantage that he is in no rush.
