Certainly hurts your wr depth, but gives you a better shot overall in SF this year and next.

I'd make the move. Lock up the QB position for this year and likely next.
Projected starters woudl still be:
QB: Mahommes, Rodgers
RB: Cook, Jacobs, Drake/Edmonds
WR: MT, DJM, Jefferson/Diontae
TE: Hock
I think I'd be fine with that. You could also move Lock to a rebuilder for something if needed.

Seems like a slam dunk in SF. I'd wager someone in your league still believes in lock if you wanted to flip him for another piece this year.
