I offered my first to another owner for Akers and he mentioned Mixon, Higgins and Carson. If I can get Akers for Carson straight up, is that a good deal? What’s everyone’s thoughts on that?
Just to clarify, there’s no way I’m trading Mixon or Higgins for Akers. But Carson at least interested me a little. But I’m not sure where the current values are.
He mentioned Akers is a future back but he will need a few years and he doesn’t want to wait. Yet, he seemed really optimistic about getting Higgins or Mixon. Am I undervaluing Akers or way overvaluing my Bengals players?

I would not even consider moving Higgins or Mixon for Akers or a package of. Carson is a much better RB then Akers as well. I can understand moving Carson for Akers if you are high on Akers, but Carson is the better back currently. Both Akers and Carson are a late 1st value to me, with the edge to Carson.

I would trade Carson for Akers. Only hesitation is if you need Carson for a playoff run.

I think Akers will have more value this offseason than Carson so it's worth consideration. I'd hesitate to suggest you can move your depth at RB if you're contending because that could backfire quickly due to injury. Mixon is already banged up. An injury to Kamara or Jacobs and you likely regret trading Carson if you had championship hopes.

I held Carson. He wanted one of Mixon, Higgins or Carson plus my first for Akers. I couldn’t pay that right now.
