The last point is where our opinions differ. I realize that this is now what a catch looks like, I just don't like it. Like I said, I prefer the old rule where it couldnt touch the ground basically.captain howdy wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 6:27 pm I suppose most things are debatable. As for myself, the booth, and the replay officials, the balls tracking did not deviate from its line as he approached the ground and appeared to touch the ground and then came up. Seemed to me he has pretty strong fingey's
Guys, the fact that it touched the ground is not determinative

Re: Week 8
For fantasy purposes yes, but in real life, no he hasn't. Teams don't care about fantasy points, so Gurley isn't going to last long if he doesn't start playing better. Atlanta will start splitting carries and/or cut him.

Hopefully this is that Amari quiet 1st half and they pepper DJ in the 2nd half.
I may or may not be related to Bryan Edwards

Just a few targets and he could easily have 80+ and a TDhoos89 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 6:52 pmWouldn't be the first timealewilliam789 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 6:45 pm Hopefully this is that Amari quiet 1st half and they pepper DJ in the 2nd half.

This actually screams "pre-deadline Curtis Samuel feature game" to me...

I don't mind it, the way I saw it if you remove the ground altogether I think it stays in his hands regardless therefor the ground didn't assist in the catch, just from the views I saw of it.

Julio could of, and should of, reached up and snagged that ball for a TD instead of waiting for it to come to him. He knows better than that.

Re: Week 8
I don’t think they’ve downgraded Ridley from questionable yet but he looked very sore while limping to the locker room.
I know my process was correct, starting Tannehill over Ryan but that was some nice numbers in the first half. I’ll be curious to see if Atlanta offense can perform decent without Ridley unlike when they were without Julio.

I thought the same, also watching that throw it looked like Ryan stepped up to launch it and it came out of his hands like a limp paper airplane hahaHottoddies wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 6:57 pm Julio could of, and should of, reached up and snagged that ball for a TD instead of waiting for it to come to him. Re: Week 8
It's totally not surprising that DJM is being shut down since ATL has such a good secondary.
