Yep. This is probably a blessing in disguise. Eagles need to clean house, IMO.

Re: Week 7
Highly unlikely. His rushing was supposed to be his strength. Hurts is a NFL backup caliber QB IMO.

Re: Week 7
Flashback to the 2017 NFL draft. 3 highly rated TEs go in round 1 (Howard, Engram, Njoku). All to teams that have no idea how to use them, but still picked up the 5th year option.
It's crazy to see how many 1st round drafted TEs turn out lame in NFL besides flashing potential here & there.

Re: Week 7
Less tape to judge these TE's on with more and more teams moving to spread offenses.jordanzs wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 8:00 pm Flashback to the 2017 NFL draft. 3 highly rated TEs go in round 1 (Howard, Engram, Njoku). Draft capital used to be a very good predictor of TE production during the days of Dallas Clark and Tony Gonzalez.. but it's been a crapshoot in recent years.
Going back to Dustin Keller, Brandon Pettigrew, Jermaine Gresham, Tyler Eifert, Eric Ebron it's been a while since these 1st round TE's have really hit.

Re: Week 7
It's almost like Peterson doesn't realize 4 of his starting 5 OL are out, the way he calls the game.

Gallman looks good. Oh wait it's the Eagles
Re: Week 7
Not a good sign for Fant & Hockenson, but we'll have to wait & see on that.Sriracha wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 8:04 pmLess tape to judge these TE's on with more and more teams moving to spread offenses.jordanzs wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 8:00 pm Flashback to the 2017 NFL draft. 3 highly rated TEs go in round 1 (Howard, Engram, Njoku).
