If "you need a RB", why does he have you giving away Taylor?

Been getting a lot of ridiculous offers lately (and equal ridiculous responses to offers) but I think this one takes the cake.

2QB league, contending team has lost Dak and has Herbert on bye, has CJ Beathard - whom he just picked up on waivers - as his only active QB in a must win game this week for him.

He offers CJ Beathard and a 2022 5th round pick for Kyle Allen.

Now Kyle Allen is not a high value asset by any means but he is a starting QB in a 2 QB league and CJB is a third stringer.
PSA - Haggling is NOT the same as negotiating.

CJB was third on the depth chart Sunday night and inactive.
The guy was 3-2 and lost his matchup to a 1-4 team by 17 points. Kyle Allen put up 20. He would have won had he made a legit offer rather than such a condescending offer.

Some people may not think this is a bad offer, but these are the kind that really bug me and it seems like there’s an owner in every league that sends these out. It’s like they think by giving you more players that you are going to accept the offer, anyway, here it is..l

The only player that I would have real interest in would be Higgins and I don’t know that I rate him about Ruggs and other than that, none of the other players interest me much. So basically, I would be trading Tua/Duvernay/Patrick/2021 1st for all of that junk. Uh, I think I’ll pass.
