This is what I think too. It worked for them.

This is what I think it MOSTLY is, but I think there is also a little fire to go along with this smoke and there might be something similar to Earl Thomas at the end of his Seattle tenure and people are getting a little tired of him in NO. They'll put up with it while he's still an elite player and they are a SB contender, but with their cap situation I won't be shocked if they look to move on in the coming years if they fall out of the to top contenders without Brees.

If you kick the field goal you're going up 8, but giving the ball to Russ with 2+ minutes on the clock. He's still going to drive it down and score anyway with that time. They were averaging 5+ yards a carry running the ball to the left. There was ZERO noise in the stadium to interfere with anything during that play. So the logical thing...run it to the right. SMH. They made the correct choice going for it, but not going in the direction that got them there.

Yep. He was agitating to play, like Davante Adams before. Makes it easy to say no.

Malcolm Jenkins is such a bum. Terrible team mate and blows coverage every game. From SI: "Jenkins has allowed opposing passers to complete 68% of their throws against his coverage".

I'm convinced he gets away with telling his HOF QB to stfu, and picking on his elite WR in spite of his horrible on field play because he's an outspoken sjw. Glad he's not in Philly anymore, he's going to cost the Saints big down the stretch. Glad MT socked him.

He didn't punch Jenkins, he punched Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, Jenkins just made the comment that probably got under his skin to begin with. The team was apparently against MT on this and sided with CGJ, I wouldn't be surprised if MT isn't very popular among his teammates.

Thought he punched Jenkins, but that doesnt change my opinion. Guy does nothing but spark drama and blow coverage. Has to be the worst player in the league that people think is good. MT probably knew he is off limits because he's Malcolm Jenkins.

Not that I'm a big fan of MT either, or most of the players and coaches on the Saints. Jenkins is just a total fraud. Poor guy thinks he's a victimized millionare who stinks on the field and trashes his good teammates.

He's looked really poised for a rookie. Big arm doesn't hurt.

All 4 games he's played as a pro are better than any game he played in college.

That's interesting. I didn't see any of his college games.

Maybe not technically true, I certainly didn't watch all of his games, but the Nationally televised ones and others I saw he was nowhere near as good or aggressive as he's been in the NFL. Their Bowl Game last year he threw a couple bad picks and basically did all his damage as a rusher, I never saw anything close to the player he's been so far in the NFL. He was always that typical tools/physical gifts type prospect who needed development and could maybe be good as a pro. He's just a completely different player than the one I saw at any time I watched him in college.

Can New Orleans stop with the Taysom Hill experiment? ... it's failed ... it's done. The league has figured it out. He can't pass so he is either going to run or option to Kamara.

But Sean Payton says he's Steve Young 2.0, and Sean Payton is a "genius".
