I don’t think the argument for paying Dak is that Dallas should pay him the Mahomes-Watson rate, it’s that they should have extended him when he wanted a little less than what Carson Wentz got.

Thats fair but pointless arguing atm as it didn't happen and he has moved on to a higher price, all over twitter/reddit etc people have been saying "pay the man" right now. My stance has only been since he was supposedly asking for roughly 45m, I agree he should have been paid the smaller amount when he asked.
I think we can all agree that the Zeke deal was a bad idea.

Absolutely. Declining to pay Dak a crazy amount of money is probably the right move, but paying Zeke was way worse. They basically prioritized Zeke and Amari over Dak and Byron Jones.

It also makes me question the Lamb pick, he has looked great so wasn't bad but it did seem like a luxury pick for a team that obviously needs help in defence.

Russ is so smart

He fakes a pass 5 yards passed the LOS, because he knows it will instinctively slow the guy down

Regardless of where he is.

I thought the Lamb pick was great. BPA. Atlanta should have taken him instead of reaching for Terrell.

I can't argue that it was a good pick, but watching their defence each week is painful, would a better defencive player (not even sure if there was someone good available at their pick so could be a moot point) and playing Wilson as their 3rd receiver be better at this point? I'm no expert though, I just wonder.

I've never been a big Dak fan, although he has improved. I actually believe Dalton is a much better fit for Gallup. Dalton has always fed his X a healthy dose of targets, and Gallup is playing that role.

...his X receiver was prime AJ Green.

Mike Zimmer is loving this game. Ball and clock control offense, stingy defense. Let's see if they can keep it up. Got to think Wilson won't be held down for long.

Something will open up in the passing game for SEA. Minn DBs are so terrible it's not if, but when it'll happen.

Dalvin is so fun to watch. That guy is supremely talented even with his bad combine.
