The Rams backfield is much like Tampa for me...I'm avoiding at all cost. If I'm wrong then oh well but these are going to committee backfields and you will never know who to start.

I freakin’ give already.

Akers is back active and Henderson already has scored more FF points before the 1st Q is over than he did all last game with Akers on the shelf.

I don’t know how you can possibly start him barring injuries/byes giving you no other options, and he doesn’t have much trade value at all. What do you do with him?

It’s his first game back. Yes you need to hold on starting him until he proves viable but this usage doesn’t surprise me. Henderson looked good in Akers absence and Akers hasn’t earned starting consideration

Akers looked better than Henderson today.

Together they will be a joy for the Rams.

Good luck figuring out which one to start.

The only certainty is that Brown will revert back to back up duties moving forward.

This is hilarious. The Rams website, Rotowire, and ESPN say the backup LT is 7th round rookie Tremayne Anchrum. Noteboom, the 2018 day 2 pick was moved to guard.

Looks like "the analyst" just looked at the draft results and went from there. Gave no thought to what was actually going on with the team.
the irony of that post is delicious.
You. You're the analyst. That was your shoddy reason.
Hmmm, who was that yesterday that started at LT for the Rams?

Nice research. You should work for nfl.com

How about handy?
DaHen. Cause he spends most of his time sitting around...waiting for his opportunity to hatch.
At the expense of Akers, DaHen has a hatching of opportunity!

If we are throwing around dad jokes, then I suggest you get ahold of Xavier Jones instead. Because for the Rams, he’s gonna be the season Xavier!

I would sell Hendy now tbh.

Go to the Akers owner while he's still vulnerable and the Rams haven't signed a veteran, and make the offer.

Not a bad call. Unfortunately, the only league I own Henderson is one where my only RBs are Hines and Henderson, so I'll likely see how it plays out. The rest of my roster is loaded, so if by some chance he ends up starting he will be worth more on my team than the late 1st or 2nd I can get from trading him off.

I have Jones everywhere, in case he gets a chance. Will also look to sell him as soon as there's a chance.

That is way too low. I would expect an early 2nd or late 1st in return.
I just declined:

Give up Henderson, OBJ
for Landry, Jamal Williams, 2022 1st (projected late)

Someone mentioned Gurley being available. Would make a lot of sense since he already knows the plays

Wouldn't it make more sense to sign a RB that doesn't suck?

The Rams knew Gurley was finished in 2019, yet fantasy folks blamed Rams OL and coach. Gurley proved to everyone he is finished last year. Yet he is still discussed? If he is signed at all, it will be after week 1 so they can cut him anytime

The Rams are not going to sign anyone RB right now, they'll see what their young RBs have to offer. Any RB available as a FA has no juice left. I can maybe see bringing in AP in a limited role.
