This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I like McLaurin here. He is a great WR despite bad QB play.

What if I took the 2nd out?

My thoughts behind this are:
(1) His college QB is getting benched, which might cost him some targets
(2) Kyle Allen doesn't exactly seem like an upgrade, so it's not like his average target is likely to improve
(3) Players who are 24 entering the league tend to have their value dragged quite a bit so I don't think his value will go up a ton unless he goes absolutely bonkers RoS.

I’m concerned about any of those factors. McLaurin did just as good early in the season last year without Haskins at QB. Arguably I’d call Kyle Allen an upgrade, and he gave DJM plenty of targets to be relevant.

What kind of value are you guys putting on McLaurin? 2 mid-firsts? 3?

It’s all how you see Pittman and reagor’s potential. Both are buy low candidates. Mclaurin is a solid receiver, so you should make sure you’re getting back enough. I’d probably do it if I were you to build depth.
