Van Jefferson or Scotty+

Postby OhSnapItsAnt » Thu Sep 17, 2020 10:41 pm

Just got this offer.. I love Van Jefferson, looks like total package pro caliber already but with resigning Kupp and talks about a new contract with Woods.. Van at best seems to be stuck as the third or fourth option?

Scotty on the rise.. but Brady gots a year left?

Slightly prefer Scotty and Cohen

You could use a playable RB and Jefferson can be bought back later at less imo

I like Jefferson long term, but I have no interest in Miller.

I like Van, but he has a few things working against him. Kupp just resigned and now they want to resing Woods also. Also he is a 24 year old rookie. Can he still play and produce, yes but not sure how consistent with the other two. Miller and Cohen to me are also low end flex / bye week starters. I'd say with you having Monty I'd take the package here, if Monty goes down a few weeks Cohens value could rise dramatically.

I like Cohen over Van straight up, and Miller will be usable as a flex or bye week fill in all year, I don't understand how Van is worth both players... They are all roughly the same value to me, but Van has a much better chance to be a roster clogger than anything else.

I would keep Jefferson. LA has shown they can maintain 3 fantasy relevant wrs and his skillset reminds me of Kupp as a rookie. I would look to move him at the end of the season

Van for me. Resigning/contracts don't mean much to the Rams. Gurley, Watkins, Cooks anyone?!
