Weird situation so im thinking of starting swift on sunday. I will be away in a place with bad cell phone reception on sunday and the internet anywhere is going to be sketchy. I have both Sutton and Tate who are playing monday but they are both hurt. My fear is that i will get to Sunday and wont be able to set a lineup then when i go home monday both Tate and Sutton will be sitting out their games. So im thinking of putting swift in the flex now. I know its strange.

I've got Edwards over
Williams (can't trust him coming off a torn ACL and getting dinged up in training camp, going against one of the best defenses in the league last year)
Van Jefferson (WR3 on a team that is in major flux)
James Washington (see Van Jefferson)

Edwards seems to be stepping in as the short-intermediate chain mover for that offense, and is walking into a juicy matchup

agree i like the matchup this week and Edwards possibly being covered by a rookie CB. Haven't seen the Raiders blow anyone out in what seems like 5 years so game script could have them passing well into the 4th

Starting Dobbins, Lamb, and Robinson in various leagues, and all three in my major rebuild.

Dobbins is really pushing it as a legit start, even for a rebuilding team - right now we have no idea how that backfield is going to look beyond Ingram, and plenty of chatter Dobbins might not get much playtime at all to start off the year. Which would suck because I have him in my redraft league - but comfortably on the bench for a while it looks.

I still can't believe I'm probably starting Jeudy right now in my dynasty league out the gate as a contender, but it's because of unexpected, very recent injuries. So in that sense, reasonable enough.

I'm likewise having to slot Jeudy into the lineup of a contender, since this Golladay injury looks rough. Could also choose Crowder, but might as well have something to root for in that Monday night game.

I think with your options its a little sketchy not starting Williams but only a little. The Pats do well on opening weekend historically though so its not totally out of line tossing a dart on Edwards.

With in a pretty competitive team, I’ve got Sutton as my flex. Debating between JK, Swift, and RoJo.

Due to a rash of injuries/air quality issues, probably rolling out Akers/Dobbins already. Hoping the coach speak and beat writers were right on Dobbins and that he can push right away. At least my WRs are stacked in this league!

With Sutton and a Golladay probably out I’m actually leaning towards starting Asiasi in my league that awards 1.5 PPR for TEs.😬😬😬

Ballsy move but i like it! Who else does NE have at TE? I always worry about getting Belichik'd when starting a Pats player

Roll with Swift! Sutton is iffy and if you have no one else to plug in Monday night you are screwed

I've seen very little about the TE competition out of NE. We do know that Cam has supported a top end TE in the past as has the NE system. On the other hand, I don't trust Belichik and haven't rostered a NE player in many years.
