I'd start CEH in any league and JT in most. Maybe burrow in a SF. Everyone else I want a prove it game unless i have absolutely no good options. I rarely draft rookies to start in my lineup right away. These guys have zero snaps vs NFL defenders at game speed.

I am confidently starting CeeDee Lamb and Ruggs in my week 1 lineup. I expect WR2 numbers or better.

CEH is an obvious start amongst all NFL players, not just rookies.

Whew. That's bold. I could see it happening but I wouldn't call it even odds

Im going to start Gibson because i have to. Hoping Gibson gets about 10 carries with 5-6 targets and ill be more than happy if those turn into 15 or so points

Would have loved to start Swift too along with Gibson but just cant trust that right now. I know Swift is the far superior talent to Gibson but the risk is too high there right now.

Would have loved to have seen Mims practice but cant obviously so no chance in hell does he get a start.

I plan on sitting JT. Starting Mixon and M Sanders with my flex being JuJu (WR are A Cooper, Diggs, Lockett). CEH is the only rookie I would have confidence in week 1.

I would take the shot on JT breaking off a couple long TDs against the Jags than take a shot on JuJu... JuJu was horrible last year, and the Giants made some solid moves for their secondary

I'd start Jeudy if I had to, but don't need to Week 1. I promoted him to active roster because I expect him to be startable at some point, especially if Edelman starts to fade.

As for others, CEH is the slam dunk Week 1 rookie start like everyone's saying. Taylor, Jeudy, Ruggs, Edwards, Gibson, Burrow (SF) and even Robinson all make some sense depending on the league. Would add Shenault but getting any new information on him this week has been all but impossible.

I'm debating between starting CEH or JT for Team 2. I'll have to start one of them. Leaning to CEH just because I expect him to get a bigger workload and it's PPR, but like someone said before...JT v. Jacksonville could be a big week.
Team 1
Q: Allen, Lamar
W: Devonta, Nuk, Godwin, Adams, Diontae, MT, Bateman, Toney, Osborn
R: JT, Henry, Ekeler, Gibbs, Mattison, Ford
T: Kelce

Team 2
Q: Allen, Mahomes, ARich
W: Jefferson, AJB, Tyreek, GW, Ridley, Godwin, MT, Downs, Toney
R: JT, CMC, Barkley, Breece, J. Cook, Kamara
T: Kelce, Hock
2024: 1.02, 1.04, Pick 21
2025: 1st (early)

Team 3
Q: Lamar, Herbert, Goff, Geno
W: Chase, AJB, Waddle, Pittman, Ridley, MT, Terrace Marshall, Downs
R: CMC, Ekeler, Bijan, Barkley, JT, Kamara, Tucker
T: Andrews, Granson
2024: 1.03, 3rd (late)

Team 4
Q: Mahomes, Allen, Geno
W: Tyreek, Lamb, Ridley, Pittman, Diontae, MT
R: CMC, Henry, JT, Chubb, Dobbins, Tucker
T: Kelce, Gesicki, Kittle

Hard not to start CEH. He's the locked and loaded starter with no questions, on a high flying offense that uses RB as receiver often. Don't overthink it.

I’d probably start CEH, Hockenson, and Pittman. Maybe Reagor, Dobbins, or Jeudy depending on how deep the lineups were.

Hock was a rookie in 2019. Pittman could be a good pick. I could see Indy getting up early and often, and in turn will want to see their rookies on the field for game speed reps.

Drafted Akers ahead of Swift because I thought he could carry the load right away.
After some trades, I'm now counting on it. If Henderson is out/limited in practice during the week then I'm pretty confident that Akers will be in for a major workload week 1. If this was a non-COVID year, I'm guessing Akers would be a lock start. Lack of preseason action hurts but same could be said for Edwards-Helaire.
I think those 2 rookie backs just have the best shot due to the laughable competition around them. I think Dobbins and Swift are far superior to Ingram and Johnson BUT I don't think either of those 2 teams would lose games on the basis of starting the vets. The Chiefs and Rams on the other hand would be significantly hampered trotting out Malcolm Brown/Henderson & Williams/Thompson when they have so much talent wasting away on the sidelines.

Ultimately, you have to trust the smarts of the coaches..... this isn't a fun ride to be on.

I might have to start Edwards in a league.

And besides that, the usual suspects of CEH, Taylor, Akers, Gibson.

I am actually using CEH and Zeke over Kamara and JT. Not even stressing those picks my rookie WR's didn't do much for me in camp so its Cooper, Ridley and then either Kittle or Juju in my flex.
Cavaliers 12 team standard, 1QB, 1RB, 1WR, 2WR/TE, 1flex

WR: A.J. Brown, A. Cooper, J. Dotson, C. Ridley, E. Moore, W. Robinson, J. Meyers, T. Marshall,
TE: G. Kittle, J. Johnson, J. Woods, H. Henry
'23 1.10, 2.10, 3.10 '24 1, 2, 3
Recent Championships '19,'21,'22

Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends- 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 2Flex
QB: Mahomes, Purdy, Lance

WR: Chase, Watson, Davis, JSN, Metchie, Pierce, V. Jefferson, Claypool, Thornton, Westbrook-Ikhine
TE: Pitts, Woods, Latu
