2QB in the middle of a rebuild. QBs are hoarded in this league, so it usually costs a premium to acquire

The answer is maybe. Certainly in a rebuild it looks solid, though I should note, QBs are not as valuable in a 10 team 2qb as they are in a 12 team 2qb. Think of their values more like 16 team 1 qb

Not for that cost...I’d expect a early 2nd back even in a harsh qb league.
