Hello I run a Salary Cap ESPN Based league and I need to replace an owner that does not seem to have enough time for the league. He has been skipped for his last two picks (The rookie draft is over so you'll just pick whatever rookies left that you want for the last 2 slots.) The team does have CMC and Mike Thomas. The league is free and we have a Groupme chat you'll be expected to join.
