Newton trade in SF league

I am new to playing in a superflex league. I took over a team this offseason and am in major rebuild.

I traded: Newton and D. Harris
for
2023 1st, 2023 2nd

The picks are far out, but I don't see my team competing for the next couple years.

I think you could have got more in return in season, but the picks will eventually come.

Yikes. I mean, I'd trade Newton for anything I could get, but Harris looks like he's going to be the #1 in NE this year and he is a legit talent. I would have held onto him for sure. I think you could have gotten more for both of these guys than a pick three years out....

I agree with this. My concern is that Newton doesn’t play well and he is older so his value could tank. Harris’ value has never been higher so I wanted to cash out.

I am really trying to get value and then fill roster spots to hopefully hit on someone else.
