I would take the Parker deal and then build around Moore, Robinson and possibly Chark and make every other piece available and start retooling. Be patient and only accept solid returns, no reason to rush it.

I'd try to trade Chark/Gurley or Chark/Mostert for a RB if RB's are overvalued. I'm in a league like that (team 1 in sig) and the only way to get RB's are if you are including a RB in return on a trade.
