I think he probably needs a strong franchise around him more than a great fit on paper, the Raiders are turning things around but they've been a mess for years. He's going to succeed on the field in just about any situation if he can keep it together off the field.

Anyone thinking they are getting a first is dreaming. His age alone will restrict that. Add in he’s suspended and insane, and I’m not sure why anyone is fathoming that as a realistic outcome for them. That doesn’t even account for everything COVID adding uncertainty layered on top.
