2020 BAD Trade Offers

I got hockenson in a deal with my friend. He told me a guy offered him Fitzgerald and 4th the week before. So right after I got hock the same guy offered me the fitz deal. Fitz is a boarder line cut. Not sure how he thought that was close.

The funny thing about Hardman that brings back fond memories of last offseason is that I was offered the awesome package of:

This was in the preseason where Hardman had two touches for 2 touchdowns, but still. The comment is what makes this offer special,
"the next tyreek hill and value gonna go higher and higher. 2 touches in preseason both tds and hill free agent end of year. give you 2 seconds for first and want the other two for him but may regret but gotta gamble"

Wow . Does he realize mt is prob worth 3 ones? No one would pay that much for a rookie.

During last years draft, I already owned the 1.3 and 1.5. I had an owner as me what it will take to get Barkley. I let him know I would need a lot to even consider giving him up after his rookie year. He started his offer with 1.9 2.4 but I was able to talk him up and get a final offer of 1.9 and 1.10...
So when I rejected, I told him Barkley will be one of the best RBs for the next 5 years and I wouldn't move Barkley for the two late firsts he told me I overvalue Barkley.

Based off what I have read in this thread.... I think I am in an abusive dynasty league. Most of these "Bad" trades are the only offers that are made in my league. Example:

GIVE: AJ Brown, 2021 1st, 2022 1st <---- These picks are near top 3 locks as well......

Whoa. I like Jeudy as much as the next guy, but that seems a bit too steep a price to pay.

Probably the worst trade offer I have seen to me or anybody else who has shared theirs with me.

I was offered Brees

They wanted Baker Mayfield, Tracey Walker (top 10 safety), my 21 first and second.

I mean, why bother asking for that? I was going to treat it with contempt, and just ignore it, but declined instead just so I could put ‘LOL!’ in the comment box.

I mean... its bad and i wouldn't accept it, but its not that bad... the biggest question is do you actually have a team that could afford to lose that? I can certainly tell a story where the deal is balanced...
Kyler flops sophmore year and is a QB1 for his career but not a top 5 QB. Russ is older, Hunt signs on for longer with Cleveland and its a 50/50 split there, Goedert doesn't pass Ertz. Mahommes is QB1 for the next 10 years.

i would disagree. This trade is pretty bad, not necessarily because of value, I just think its dumb to get rid of this much talent for one person regardless. You can play the "what if" game with every trade and make it look a certain way. Here's a different scenario.....
Kyler goes off his sophomore year, turning into a top 5 qb for his career. Russ is older, but still performs at an elite level for the next 5-7 years. Hunt moves on and chubb leads the league in rushing yards for the next 3 seasons. Ertz gets traded and Goedert takes over and becomes a top 3 TE in the league. Mahomes struggles as the chiefs start to lose weapons due to cap restrictions.

I don't disagree with you (which I think is funny since you are disagreeing with me ). I agree I wouldn't do the trade, but there are offers here that there is no way would ever work out. This one though, potentially it could work out. Do I think its likely? No. and I am more than happy to keep Russ and Kyler (see team #2) and use those as my QBs in a SF league. Also the real question of how bad this deal is, can the poster actually field a competative team when losing 2-3 starters.
