What Should I Do ??

I was just re-contacted by the Godwin owner today after some general trade discussions a couple of months ago. I want to upgrade my WRs, & he is in need of a 2nd RB. He has Zeke, but only D Johnson after that. I think we might be close to a deal as follows:
I GIVE: M Sanders + Hardman or Guice or my 2020 2.02 or 2.04(prob the 2.04)
HE GIVES: C Godwin

Q#1: Should I do this deal or not ?

Q#2: If yes, what piece do I add to Sanders ? He's interested in Hardman, Guice or a 2nd rd pick in 2020.

I think Hardman has a great future, but prob not for another 1-2 yrs; I'm torn on Guice, & if I trade 2 RBs, that leaves me very thin at RB, even drafting a RB @ 1.02. But I'm not sure of his prospects long-term. Do I keep them both & offer the pick ?

What draft picks do you have besides the 1.02?

With your RB's, I'd hold Sanders here. Deebo could miss the beginning of the year, but I don't think he's going to miss more than that, if that even.

I would keep Sanders. You have some depth at WR and have guys you can stream behind Kupp each week so you are not desperate at WR.

Don't get all the sanders love here. I'd do any of the three. I'd try to avoid doing guice because it's going to limit your RB options.

I wasn't buying into the Sanders hype to begin with but after one of his best OL go down, I think this is a perfect sell opportunity. Plus you get arguably the most hyped WR going into 2020.

I think I would easily do all three deals personally.

If I had to choose I would do Sanders + Hardman. I like Hardman but Hill just signed an extension and they just draft CEH. There are only so many targets to go around even in KC's highflying offense.

I wouldn't trade Hardman or Guice for 2.04, the upside is to strong. The WRs are deep and with Godwin you can move another WR for a replacement RB. Early-midseason maybe move a resurging TY or a Kupp to a contender with extra backs. Even package a couple for a sexy back you want.

You have some really nice building blocks - but I doubt your team is a contender right now, especially in a 10 teamer. So I wouldn't worry about RB depth over acquiring a great building block piece in Godwin.

As to whether or not to give Guice or the 2.04... look at who is usually available at the 2.04. For RBs that's Vaughn or Dillon and then some really good WRs. That's your gut call.
