AB any value at all??

I still have AB on my roster and know he will probably have a suspension to start the season once / if he is signed. Should I simply hold him or look to deal him for picks now?
Another option is a owner sold off everything and has a few pieces left that I'm sure I could sell him on the fact that once AB returns he can flip him to aid his rebuild. He has RoJo, Cooks and Guice. Should I try and get one of these guys from him or simply hold him. Thanks.

If you could get any of those options I would jump at it.

My leagues don't value AB close to those options at all, maybe they will once he signs somewhere, but right now there's no chance I could get anyone like that.

Saying he doesn't have ANY value right now might be a touch heavy.

IMO he's just as valuable as any other end of the bench flier currently, and possibly worth a sliver more to a contender.

I'd rather roster AB than some low ceiling (later round/low hit rate) rookie types. At least if AB latches onto a team (and finishes his potential suspension), I'll get some startable weeks (or a trade asset to a contender), more than I can say for half the end of bench fliers I've rostered and cut throughout the years.

*if you play in an extremely shallow league, than sure, maybe he has no value. But he should have some value in any league that has more than 200ish players rostered.

That owner will not give you any of those players for AB if they have any sense (especially if they're rebuilding)

AB had been on the waiver wire for several weeks in my 12 team with 30 roster spots

I picked him up yesterday because (as Johnny mentioned) he's worth a bit more to me as a contender, in hopes that a team takes a chance on him. But it's very likely that he's just taking up a roster spot

Antonio Brown turns 32 years old in less than a month. Clearly has some mental health issues, and has legal issues. Is definitely facing a suspension even on the long shot that some team decides to sign him. AB does not appear to have any desire to play football anymore, and clearly wants more money than he is worth. I don't see any team overpaying to take on that headache, especially one that's facing a who knows how many game suspension.

In the last year, the Steelers got sick of him, the Raiders got sick of him, and even the Patriots cut him after one game...

He has no value. Even if he returned, he's only played one game in the last year and he's 32 years old. Not many 32 year old receivers in the game, let alone ones that would be missing as much time as him, depending on how long his suspension was for.

He has value and isn't worth dropping. It just takes one owner to remember his greatness to take advantage of them in a trade.
