What type of value would you say Drake is?
I am currently in rebuild mode and looking for picks next year.
The league is non PPR, 12 man, 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 flex.
Any help would be appreciated.

Late 1st. He has big upside for a year or two to a contender but long term I would definitely sell in a rebuild.

For sure a guy you want to sell high on in a rebuild situation. I'd either target a young WR from a team who is deep at that position and thinks they can win now, or see if you can get future picks. Maybe ask for a 2021 and a 2022 1st. That's probably too much, but rebuilds are all about maximizing value in any way that you can, so aim high. Good luck!

In a rebuild, Drake has to go. He had a few solid games down the stretch in 2019 so the sell window could slam shut at any time. I'd take any 2021 1st (though I'd ask for a 3rd on top) or a young upside WR like Marquise Brown, McLaurin (doubtful), Gallup+, Harry+, etc. Holding until in season is very risky. A slow start or an injury will wipe out most of his value.

In a couple of startups I have done this month, he was the 1st or 2nd RB selected after the big 5 rookies went. So around 1.06~1.07.

I'd look at the contending teams, see what kind of young players from last season and this years draft and possibly add a young high end player along with a 1st from 2021. Sell them on the fact that they need a high end rb, etc, etc, don't wait for a injury to kill his value.
