I think so too. I can keep him on taxi and look for other depth pieces.

If this was PPR I'd be more into Shepard. Love his floor but I think Hardman has a higher ceiling if Sammy or T Hill aren't playing for whatever reason

Agreed. That Hardman is taxi-able (TM) is a big factor here. Also I think your WRs have enough depth to not have to chase for more depth.
