Time to go all in and finish the rebuild?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Time to go all in and finish the rebuild?

Postby ekilla183 » Fri May 29, 2020 6:19 pm

10 Team PPR, 1QB

Roster:
QB: Lamar, Rodgers
RB: Taylor, Dobbins, Sony, Edmonds
WR: ARob, Sutton, Deebo, Jeudy, N’Keal, Fuller, Pittman, Higgins, C. Davis
TE: Andrews, Fant

Currently rebuilding but feeling like I’m very close to competing after this next season. With that in mind, what would be your views on trading future 1st rounders for my team? Is it too early to push the chips in?

Tossing around the idea of giving both 2021 and 2022 firsts (plus a small/medium piece) in a deal for a legit young RB1 like Mixon/Chubb/Cook (Probably have to shell out a little more for Cook) to sure up my core RBs and make a push in 2022. Just a little hesitant to part with early picks at this point.

Thoughts?

I would hold your 1sts and keep building through the draft and reevaluate heading into 2021 post rookie draft.

Agreed with above ^^ Those RBs will be on year older at least by the time you compete or even injured. Stay the course. If you are feeling the need to trade for an RB, Jacobs or Sanders would be way more compatible options
