Edit: I love the idea of getting Mahomes in a 2QB league, but suddenly my RB situation looks very crappy.

Mahomes side easily for me. It's a legit 2 QB League, and one side isn't getting a QB. 12 team league? You should get a top RB, so Sanders plus Dobbins or whoever, you take a downgrade at RB, but Sanders plus Dobbins or Swift or Akers will still be very good. Massive upgrade at QB with adding Mahomes to Carson. Huge 1/2 punch at QB in a 2 QB league. Take the generational talent at by far the most important position in this format, with the most longevity.

1.6 would give me a RB for sure, but my only problem is there is no market for Darnold, Carr, or Tanny in this league. It’s one of those situations where if it were me giving the advice, I’d say the same thing - but in reality i have been trying to trade those guys all offseason and no bites.

Even at ten teams I take the Mahomes side.
I'd see if I could package Carr and 1.06 to move up and grab one of the top 2 backs.
As well in a ten team league it's going to be much harder to trade those guys than 12.
I would just wait for the right injury then you will have your chance.
Take this trade and don't look back.

You killed that trade, great value. Mahomes is amazing, Sanders looks to take a large role and is trending upward plus you have another first round pick. I think trading Saquon and Kamara for all that is a great decision, we’ve all seen how much of a revolving door the top 5 fantasy rbs have been the last 5-7 years so capitalizing on the current value before they (may) fall off is a great deal.

Seems like an okay trade then. Atleast you are getting the pieces that should let you compete longer. Gonna come down to hitting on the 1.06

You'll find a buyer eventually. Worst case, you're set at starting QB and backup for a long time.

Just take it you may feel bad for a year or 2 worst case but in year 3 you'll break your arm patting yourself on the back.
