Finished a 12 team SuperFlex startup; PPR; BestBall. This league has premiums across all positions, most notably the TE premium.
1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1SuperFlex 3Flex
Premiums:
QB: .2 per completion
RB: .25 per carry
WR: .125 per receiving yard
TE: 1.75 PPR
I drafted from the 1.01 (Mahomes) spot. My weakest position is by far at RB, but both Kittle and Kelce were there at my 2.12/3.01 turn. Couldn’t turn them down.
With that said, not sure many realize the impact of 1.75 PPR at TE. What type of RB package should Kelce return in your eyes?
My Team Notables:
Mahomes, Baker, Haskins, Mariota
Hunt, Vaughn, Tevin, Howard
Golladay, Sutton, Ridley, Preston, Slayton, NKeal, Robby
Kittle, Kelce
Kelce Worth in 1.75 TE PPR
Re: Kelce Worth in 1.75 TE PPR
Where did the TEs rank amongst scorers last year? I think the premiums across the board kind of negate the te premium at least a bit?

Re: Kelce Worth in 1.75 TE PPR
If Kittle and Kelce have a shot to be top 20 (non qb) scorers, I would rather hold and roll both. Kelce's age makes the return on him a bit less than it should be.

Re: Kelce Worth in 1.75 TE PPR
If people don't realize the impact of 1.75PPR at TE, then you shouldn't trade Kelce. You won't get value for an older unappreciated veteran right after the start-up draft when everyone passed on him twice.
In fact, if you're right, then maybe you should be buying TEs now, flexing them, and letting their value appreciate on your roster.

Re: Kelce Worth in 1.75 TE PPR
Kelce was overall 26th in scoring with 321 points. Excluding QBs he was 10th overall in scoring.Gator Sens wrote: ↑Mon May 25, 2020 8:41 am If Kittle and Kelce have a shot to be top 20 (non qb) scorers, I would rather hold and roll both. Solid point. I was very close to moving up and taking Ertz to make my TE stack incredibly good, but decided to hold off. Ertz went at 5.10 which I thought was good value with these settings.moishetreats wrote: ↑Mon May 25, 2020 8:46 am If people don't realize the impact of 1.75PPR at TE, then you shouldn't trade Kelce. Re: Kelce Worth in 1.75 TE PPR
I just stacked Kittle, Andrews, Ertz in a TE 2.0 league.... added Gesicki later.... needless to say I am short at RB as well.
I'd hold Kelce unless I get a great offer.
