Finally got a Fournette trade offer. Should I take it?

Fournette
My 2021 2nd Rd pick (projected late)

I get:
Duke Johnson
His 2021 1st Rd pick (projected early to mid)

I don't care about Duke. So this is basically my 2nd Rd 2021 and LF for his 1st Rd 2021. He has a middle of the pack team. But seems very unlikely to make the playoffs. I would say the pick ends up being from 2-6.
I am expecting LF to ballout in his contract year.

Would you take this?

If this is the best offer you can find. I think I'm fine with it. Your rbs won't suffer much from losing fournette and given that you can only start 3 at most in a 10 teamer yes I'd go for it.

Vast majority of people think this is not enough value for LF. I definitely agree but also wonder what better value I can find mid season.
This may be the best I can get.

I’m in the minority here I guess but I’d do it. Fournette s future is unclear and he’s on a team that doesn’t want him. Even if he has a solid year (which will happen on your bench) his value likely tanks even harder next offseason. Your 2nd will be late and gambling on early 1sts with guys like Fournette on a roster where he is expendable is a good process imo. To take this the opposite way of the post in front of me, it’s far likelier to imagine those picks as 1.01/2.10 given your roster. Even if it turns into a mid or even late first I think it’s fine. I’d do this deal pretty easily if I was in your position. I’m not sure why people think it’s a lock you will do better in season, people are still going to be scared of LFs future in season and if he struggles you won’t see an offer near this strong.

If you were rebuilding, I’d probably say take it. But as a strong contender, there is no reason to sell Fournette at this discounted price.

Pass for me. Way I see it is youre essentially giving up Fournette to move up x amount of spots. Think he has more value than that.
