Made a dumb trade that was salvaged by almost perfect draft scenario

Dynasty Superflex 1ppr TE premium Best Ball

Took on an Orphan that actually was pretty good. Had Watson, Murray, Barkley, AJ Briwn, DJ Moore, Kirk, as key pieces. I’m not a Murray fan. I knew I needed RB help to try to win now with Barkley so in Feb I traded:
Murray + 2.07 + Isabella
For
Tannehill + 1.07 + 2021 early 2nd + 4.03. Afterwards thought what the hell was I Thinking.

That left me with 1.05, 1.07, 1.10, 2.05, 3.05, 3.09, 4.07, 5.01, 5.07, 6.01. Draft includes free agents.

Things played out much different than i thought. I figured Dobbins and Akers would be at the 5 and 7 spots. Then Tua fell to 5. I gambled that he would slide to 1.07 and took a Dobbins at 1.05. 1.06 went Akers

1.05-Dobbins
1.07-Tua (this May have salvaged the Murray trade)
1.10-Reagor
2.05-Vaughn (Can’t believe he slid this far)
3.05 and 3.09 traded for 3.01 and 4.07 took Edwards
4.07-Gandy-Golden
5.01-Simms
5.07-Lazard
6.01-Deguara

Team now
Watson, Tua, Tannehill, Brissett
Barkley, Dobbins Vaughn, Harris, J Hill, Snell
AJ Bown, DJ Moore, Boyd, Reagor, Harry, C Samuel, Campbell, Edwards, AGG, Reynolds, Butler, Lazzard, Simms

What do you think? Consolidate WR or run with this for Best ball. Also, do I need to upgrade TE?

I love where you got Tua, Reagor, and Vaughn, but that sadly doesn't change the fact that you way undersold on Murray by at least two 1sts. Overall, your team looks to be moving in the right direction though.

I don't think Kyler is as good as made out, and I absolutely love your top 3 picks, basically my 3 favourite players before the NFL draft happened. You could have gotten more for Kyler but its done now and the draft did fall well for you.

My problem mainly sits in him being valued at the 3rd or 4th best QB already, on a per game bases he wasn't much better than Minshew yet he's getting crowned already. Not exactly his fault more pundits valuing of him.

Yep, I completely agree. I actually have Minshew as my backup in a 32 team 1 copy league. Thank you for the response.
