I would have held the 1.04 in SF. Not sure what QB falls to you in the 2nd. If the draft falls right, you will get some extra talent in the 4th, 5th and 6th though.

I would have wanted something higher than the last pick in the 4th to move out of the 1.04. I would have wanted at least one earlier pick than that.

Trading start up picks is always difficult. The first round picks are generally a for sure thing, but those 4th-7th round picks are not a guarantee...especially because every draft is different.

FOLLOW UP: Would You rather have 2 high first rounders and not pick again until the 7th, or just not trade at all? Because the guy that took my pick flipped it for 1.01, so he has 1.01 and 1.02, and took Mahomes/LJax (amazing) but won't pick for ages haha
