He has no rushing upside, and major injury concerns. He doesn't have top 5 upside for me, and a few of these RB's do.
RB's value over replacement is too strong to ignore the studs in great landing spots. Even in Superflex.

Re: Post Draft Top 12 Rankings
Tier 1:
1.01 Taylor
1.02 CEH
Still debating where I just throw CEH into 1.01 even though I don't believe he's in the same tier as Taylor/Swift/Dobbins in terms of talent. Considering how fantastic his usage could end up, maybe I need to cave on that, but the track record of talent to me has historically generally trumped situation when there is a tier of difference in play, but KC is KC, so I'm trying to be open minded to it (especially considering the analysts I respect most generally disagree w/me here).
Tier 2:
1.03 Swift
1.04 Dobbins
Tier 3:
1.05 Lamb
1.06 Akers
1.07 Reagor
1.08 Jeudy
1.09 Ruggs
1.10 J. Jefferson
Tier 4:....
1.11 T. Higgins
1.12 L. Shenault (honestly I have no idea how I'm gonna rank the WR's I have here, but for now I like Shenault better than Pittman, Mims, and Aiyuk but I may change my mind later)......
1.01 Taylor

I lean Taylor too but it seems like all the industry experts have CEH. I had Swift and Taylor in their own tier right above CEH at 3 and it’s tough for me because Taylor went to a near perfect situation too.PTW32 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 26, 2020 6:21 amI think it depends on the league. Those are all tiers btw. The order of those groupings can change depending on league settings and team makeup. I still tried to put them in order of how I'd draft them. I think Burrow could be the next Mahomes, so I'd easily go as early as 7 if I needed a QB.
EDIT April 28: I forgot Dillon. I put him at 12, but his ceiling is that of a legit low end number 1. Best value in the draft. He's my 2nd round target in every league. I would take Dillon as high as 7 if I was desperate.

Mims is probably the favourite to lead all targets for rookies at WR. Gase won't be long term if he doesn't win this year. I love the landing spot. Their WR coach I like, regardless of Gase. No Akers? Where do you have him? I have picks 10 and 11 and my QBs are Wentz and Cousins (1qb). I didn't think I needed a qb but after what Philly did maybe I do? I also have picks 2.02 and 2.03 so was hoping Burrow might fall there.dlf_mikeh wrote: ↑Sun Apr 26, 2020 12:41 pm 1. CEH

16 team SF means that someone is going to have to start a RB/WR/TE over a QB (given the cap on 32 starting QBs)-- which dramatically increases a QB value.PTW32 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 26, 2020 6:21 amI think it depends on the league. You could make a case for QB being as valuable as a stud RB in a 14+ team league, pretty easily.
12 team leagues they're overvalued given the risk reward (they'd have to be stud QBs to return more value than a stud RB).
10 team leagues... taking them above a stud RB makes 0 sense.

Re: Post Draft Top 12 Rankings
In a superflex league you're not comparing the 2nd QB to your top RB/WR starters. You need to compare them to the last RB/WR you would add to your starting lineup in that SF spot if not a QB. In that case, I think a QB would be the wise start every time.IZigUZag wrote: ↑Sun Apr 26, 2020 3:23 pm16 team SF means that someone is going to have to start a RB/WR/TE over a QB (given the cap on 32 starting QBs)-- which dramatically increases a QB value.

how big a difference you have between CEH and swift not a fan of CEH so having the 1-01 and 1-04 I am in an obvious rebuild and I just love swift moren but the value of CEH maybe to great to pass up or if i can trade down a couple of spots. Re: Post Draft Top 12 Rankings
1. CEH - he was my RB # 1 pre draft due to his excellent work as a pass catcher (21% of his snaps he lined up as a WR). Post draft, a pass catching RB who is good in space, as shown at LSU, is a slam dunk # 1 pick. A rookie RB on a 5 year rookie deal in KC, what more can you ask for in PPR?
2. JT - Certainly an excellent choice and could be 1.01 as well, but he will need to contribute in the passing game which he has not shown capable of doing to date.
3. Lamb - love the talent.
4. Jeudy - Another top end WR talent.
5. Cam Akers - He could end up with the lion share of backfield touches, but I'm worried this turns into a RBBC.
6. JK Dobbins - Landed in an excellent spot as he is not built to be a true workhorse RB, but 200 carries in Baltimore's offense will make him very relevant. Not sure he contributes much in the passing game based on his skill and playing with Lamar in Baltimore.
7. Swift - Love the player, hate the landing spot. Absolutely dismal landing spot. I'm worried there will be a new couching staff sometime soon and possible complete rebuild. Perhaps his talent shines through despite landing in Detroit.
8. Jefferson - Should be a solid contributor in PPR.
9. Tee Higgins - Landed in a good spot to be a top PPR WR.
10. Pittman - Landed in a great spot for a very underrated WR. Great Coaching and team needs a WR to step up.
11. Reagor - I am ranking him here based on draft capital, but I have Reagor, Shenault & Mims very closely rated. Perhaps Mims with more upside.
12. Shenault - Has boom/bust potential. I'll bet on the boom as he is a beast of a WR.
Honoral Mention
13. Mims - Landed in a great spot for a team needing a WR to grow with Darnold.
14. Ruggs - Perhaps ranked too low as I do believe he will be a solid NFL WR, not sure how good he will be in PPR.

Dobbins did have a huge carry total last year...one he needed too to rebound his draft stock, but that does not mean he can carry that into the NFL...regardless how many fantasy fans drool over the workhorse 3 down RB fantasy. Fact is, they are rare and Dobbins is not a rare talent (5th RB taken tells you that).
