Wisconsin had a great O Line last year. They seem to be a factory for Lineman.

Pretty good PFF article

On a side note; Anyone know the last Pro Bowl RB with 900 plus carries in college?

Didn't you hear? He has no skills as a RB and has 900+ carries so his legs may fall off any minute now. I've taken him completely off my boards.
Geez, that would suck.

Wisconsin #9 on that list

OSU #4
Georgia #2

Side note: Ron Dayne (1220 attempts), Tony Dorsett (1163), Cedric Benson (1112), Ricky Williams (1011), Herschel Walker (994), Deangello Williams (969), Ladanian Tomlinson (943) Ray Rice (910)

People want to make his 900+ carries without missing a game a negative? The Taylor hate is comical

In order to make it to 900 carries you need to be good enough as a freshman to get ~300 carries, and it's pretty rare for guys to get that big a workload as a freshman over the upperclassmen. Most players who make it to 900+ career carries do it over the span of 4 years, which means they aren't great RB talents because the really good ones leave after 3 years the majority of the time.

900 carries in 3 years averaging over 2,000 yards per year in the Big-10, without missing even a practice during that time, should in no way be considered a negative. His draft stock will probably wrongly take a hit because of it, and I expect he will probably be the 2nd and maybe 3rd RB drafted, but once he gets on the field he'll show why he should have been the first RB taken. I'll be taking 1st barring some massive shifts due to landing spots.

Ray Rice is the answer. Rare these days.

If Taylor is that good he will certainly be worthy of 1.1

This is a damn near perfect post. That’s how you address why a stated point is wrong and then explain the counter-point. Bravo, dude.

Behind that OL, Taylor is the 1.01 based on the volume he is going to get will be greater than CEH. Amazing spot. Easily top RB in this draft

Had a feeling. LOL. Great debate. Both were are in perfect spots, so go with who you liked more pre draft.

Had to :D

Might not have IMMEDIATE impact but he was my top RB in this class. Just needed a good spot. That OL is going to pave the way like WIS did. I just wonder who the person ahead of me will take...

Taylor will likely be able to fall forward for 1k yards. Hope they give him a chance to be a receiver a bit more than Mack. They still have Hines though, so who knows.
