Trade Zeke for...

I'm kinda looking to cash in on Zeke's value as it is. I can see this being the last time his value is where it is and hold onto this trade value. I think going forward after 2020, he'll still be the bellcow top 5 RB he is but the human body can only take so much and with him carrying the rock as often as he does, I can see him breakdown fairly fast (on the flip side, I could be totally wrong and he goes and holds his value for another 4-6 years LOL). The other reason I'm considering the trade is that I also have Fournette Mixon and Drake (start two plus flex). Fournette doesn't have the value as Zeke; I just aquired Mixon for OBJ and Drake is being criminally undervalued by my leaguemates.

It seems like an undersell of Zeke but frankly, that's the best and most anyone can offer for him. There's no way I can get his absolute real value but I think this is pretty good.

Or am I settling and should just sit tight?

For context, I'm looking to contend this year but also would like to keep building onto what I think is a pretty damn good team. I already own 1.02, 1.06, 1.09 and 1.11

Hold and wait for RB landing spots. I also think you can absolutely get more in-season.

I'd keep Zeke for this. The 1.12 would need to be earlier (top 6) for me. With your team I'd rather just ride out Zeke with your team and be a serious contender for the championship

I’d hold Zeke and look to trade him in season. I think he’d be more valuable to someone trying to contend during the season. Also just because rookies are hyped now doesn’t necessarily mean they can be stars in the NFL. So waiting to see which rookies make a promising transition will give you a choice of who you want to trade for.

I’m definitely waiting for landing spots but having 1.02 and 1.04 will guarantee me some combo of Swift, JT, JK and/or Akers. Regardless of landing spot, I think those guys could be diff makers.

Agreed I could get more in season; teams just don’t have the firepower to even sniff this kind of a haul in what we all think could be a special class.

Follow your gut...at the end of the day you’ll want to feel good about the decision.

I'd easily hold Zeke here. Losing him hurts your chances to compete. I'd also want more than just picks for an elite player like him. I'd want at least one proven player back in the deal.

I was looking to do the same in Panthers, but I’m not getting the offers either. I get wanting value for a mid-20s RB on his second contract, but that is no reason to sell below market value. Selling high is great for most players, but there is value in the yearly production they bring to your team. I will start Zeke happily and crush those who tried to lowball me.

I think I need to have this mentality; I guess I don't want to lose out on his value where it currently is and how stacked 2020 and possibly 2021 could be. For sure it's a risk for either side - does he depreciate or continue to be a diff maker for 4-6 years? Keeping him isn't a bad idea.

I think you can use a player like Zeke to improve the value of your whole roster. If the trade makes sense then I would consider trading Zeke. The trade needs to make sense for your roster though. Looking at the team in your signature I would hold Zeke at this point my team in my sig is more of a team that needs to consider moving Zeke. I took over this orphan team traded the 1.4 and C. Samuels for Kittle but the roster is in need of repair. I won't give him away however if the right offer came my way I would move Zeke to better the roster top to bottom.

With the landing spots pretty much determined, is it still asinine to pull this deal off?

Especially after you make those picks. In fact, I’d make the first one, then trade a couple of the others for a win-now piece.
