This was tough...if Hill didn't have any off field concerns, I'd say that it's not even close. But, knowing his situation, it would suck to trade that 1.02 away and Hill gets booted. With your team, I think I would take the picks.

If there were some type of young player coming back that I liked (even if he hadn’t popped yet) I think I’d take the deal. Just tough to deal Hill without some type of player in a known situation coming back.

It's okay value, but I'd want a bit more to sell Hill, even in a rebuild.

I would try to get more but probably take it in a rebuild if you can't get anything added. Thing the 1.02 and 2021 first will get you as close to a replacement for that production as it gets with how those classes look.

Adding on. I'd want something else added to move a player like Hill. The 1.02 is a good start, but a first round pick over a year away doesn't bridge that gap to Hill for me. I'd need another pick or a good young player added to the deal.
