Deep Bench Stashes - 2020 time

Who you guys have been targeting as deep sleepers? Just a couple that I can think of:

RB: Snell, Ogunbowale, Love
WR: TreQuan Smith, A. Wilson, D. Robinson, Bisi Johnson, Riley Ridley

As you can see I am looking for really deep sleepers probably off most people's radar.

I will also add Myles Gaskin, RB Mia. I'm not convinced they are going to spend early draft capital on a RB, and Gaskin is intriguing.

I will also add Myles Gaskin, RB Mia. I'm not convinced they are going to spend early draft capital on a RB, and Gaskin is intriguing.

I added Scotty. He's more the Edelman pedigree. He's faster, but doesn't seem as physically solid durability wise as Edelman. Watson always seems like a potential sleeper, but never truly goes off. If Godwin does play slot and they give reps to Watson there could be something there. I just don't think it'll happen.

They still hold Gio and Rodney Anderson. Gio could be a cap casualty and Anderson is glass, but I still think Anderson would be the back to roster in that situation.

Agreed. I dropped Trayveon for Rodney before roster locks.

I picked up Sims Jr after he started to look interesting in DC and have Justin Watson from late in the season as well. I drafted and later dropped Kelvin Harmon during a bye week and got outbid trying to pick him back up. Any thoughts on him? What about Hurd in SF?

I like Hurd’s potential, but he’s a raw converted running back coming off a season lost to injury and going into a season where a shortened camp and/or preseason is an almost certainty. The team also just re-signed Bourne. My guess is we’ll see Deebo & Bourne man the top two slots with either Goodwin or Taylor filling out the third receiver role depending on whether they want Deebo in the slot or out wide. I don’t think it’s likely he does much this year, but I’d hold him in case he flashes in a limited role.

I play in a 40 roster + taxi league (IDP) and of the names mentioned I think I’d only consider rostering Jackson, Wilkins, and Reynolds and would only give up maybe a 5th, 6/7th rounder for them. I guess in a rebuild I’d be more likely to have them.

I guess in a rebuild I’d be more likely to have them.

I only asked because I was in round 26 of a 31 keeper + 5 taxi league. I think that is pretty deep for no kickers or defenses (team or IDP). But most of the guys that have been brought up have been taken.

16 teams.. 25 roster spots + 2 taxi.. about as deep as it goes
