Both leagues are 12 team PPR leagues.
1st possible trade:
Team A gives up Hopkins and Team B gives up OBJ + 2020 1.11 rookie pick
2nd possible trade:
Team A gives up Mack + 2020 3.07 rookie pick and Team B gives up David Johnson + 2020 2.04 rookie pick
As always I look forward to hearing your opinions on both of these potential trades. Thanks in advance!!
Which side would you want on both of these possible trades?
Re: Which side would you want on both of these possible trades?
Mack and David Johnson are very similar to me. I think this is their last year of RB2 significance. I’d give me pick 2.04
I will take Hopkins even though he is a year older. I’m just not sold on Odell being a top 10 WR in a run heavy offense.

I'd want Hopkins in scenario 1. He's still going to be the man and in an offense that runs even more O plays/gm than Houston.
In scenario 2, the RBs are similar, but I'd expect a fair bit of fantasy writers to write optimist articles on DJ soon, and that could boost his trade value to flip him later. That along w the fact you get the better pick w DJ is plenty to take that side.

I'm in the minority, but I still believe in Beckham, so I see the first deal as pretty even. Just comes down to if you believe Beckham can stay healthy and bounce back.
I'd definitely do the second deal. Mack >= Johnson, so getting the 2.04 on top is great.

I agree with this down to the letter.WhatWouldDitkaDo wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2020 8:26 am I'm in the minority, but I still believe in Beckham, so I see the first deal as pretty even. Just comes down to if you believe Beckham can stay healthy and bounce back.

OBJ has to be a top bounce-back candidate if not the top bounce-back candidate.

Team A in the first because of Hopkins, B in the second because of the pick and I'm not a huge Mack fan.
