I'm undecided on where to go with Team 1 in my sig. I was top scorer and won the Championship in Year 1 and I'm looking to repeat. I have good depth at WR, 4 starting QBs and decent RBs so I could use this depth to improve somewhere or consolidate.
Should I go for a better QB2, a TE or RB upgrade first? Open to moving anyone.

QB would be my focus. Your RB's are not great but usable and you have solid wr's. I would make another run this year and then likely have to retool because of your RB's. Another solid QB option would go a long way.

I would start with a QB but that need is only slightly bigger than your RB situation. I would definitely try to get some help as Sanders is your best RB going forward.
