I would do that. Assuming he’s going after Lamb. So would you trade Lamb/Judy/Acres for the combination of two of those?

Does he have a later round 1st you could replace one of those with? If your not a contender this year and his team isn’t great, take Deebo and his 2021 first rounder.

Another thought. Does he have QBs that are ranked higher than yours. Could take two receivers the. Offer a lesser QB for an upgraded one. See if he bites.???

Or take all three. Send him a second and the 5th for all three. They are all going to be minimum WR 2 with WR 1 potential.

Assuming there is no budging on his part and you are limited to those 3 options, I’m still 100% taking the deal and choosing Deebo and McLaurin.

Team 3: 12-team PPR SF:
QB: Watson, Lawrence, Winston, Cam
RB: Harris, Ekeler, Dobbins

If it's for the team in your sig, your starting requirements are tiny. I'd keep the pick and look at drafting a top QB or RB. You don't need the WR depth when you're flexing Juju.
Team 1: 12 Team, PPR, TE Premium, Superflex. Year 2. 2019 Champ.
QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1SF 3Flex

QB: Watson, Cousins, Minshew, Rosen, Brissett, Teddy
RB: Conner, Hunt, Ingram, White
WR: Hopkins, Julio, Hill, DJ Moore, Boyd, Chark, Miller, Dionte
TE: Jonnu, Cook
Picks: 2021: 2, 3, 4

Team 2: 12 Team, 0.5PPR, Superflex. Year 2.
QB 2RB 3WR 1TE 1SF 2Flex

QB: Mahomes, Watson, Wentz, Tannehill
RB: Conner, McKinnon, Hyde, Hines
WR: Thomas, Adams, Hill, Kupp, Ridley, Slayton
TE: Andrews, Irv. Smith
Picks: 2021: None

Team 3: 12 Team, PPR, TE Premium, 6pt TDs, +1 for 40yd TDs [All], Superflex. Year 2. 2019 Champ.
QB 2RB 3WR 1TE 1SF 2Flex

QB: Mahomes, Wilson, Stafford, Brees
RB: Ekeler, Monty, White, R.Freeman
WR: Thomas, OBJ, Fuller, Chark, Crowder, Shepard
TE: Kelce, Hooper, Schultz, Logan, MAC
Picks: 2021: 2, 3

I would hold off for now. Pick values have yet to peak and this isn't enough of a home run to sell early in a 10 team SF imo.
12 Team SF IDP
QB - Mahomes, Lawrence, Mac
RB - Etienne, Walker, Rhamondre, Javonte, Akers, CEH
WR - AJB, Waddle, Higgins, Gabe, Toney
TE - Andrews, ISJ
DL - Quinnen, Highsmith, Josh Allen
LB - Lloyd, JOK, Gay, Bush
DB - Winfield, Love, Delpit

14 Team 1QB IDP
QB - Fields, Jimmy G
RB - Henry, Kamara, Swift, Herbert
WR - Adams, Juju, Jakobi, Theilen
TE - Hock, Everett
DL - Garrett, Buckner, Sweat
LB - White, David, Okereke, Jack
DB - Budda, CJGJ, Dugger, Byard
