O'Brien as GM for Watson is Grigson was to Luck. A total disaster. Fans need to empty out the stadium until their idiot owner s cans him. If nothings done, it's gonna wreck Watson's next 5 years rather than just his next 3 years.

Wow. Now I am in the boat that Hopkins is not the same player he was. His ADOT and YPR were very low, and he was not able to win down the field the same way he used to, but wow. I guess O'Brien must feel the same way, but what a terrible trade IMO. At least my Gurley for DJ and Henderson trade looks a bit better now, LOL.

What would you pay, what would it take to sell?
You do not buy. You sell. I would target any late first or early second and hope someone pounces on the hype.

And she's the "owner" because her husband died. She's not involved with the football side much if at all, it's how/why O'Brien was able to assume all this power in the organization.

I would trade David for Diontae if I owned any David shares.

I'll bet David outscores Diontae this year.

As a guy with DJ on the roster, definitely happy about this. Not saying we roll back the calendar to 2017 or whatever his big year was, but it's definitely good news.

They must have had med team sign off too in order to ship Hopkins away.

We have no picks, auction only that combines rookies and FAs. I will explore trade market, but don't expect a player back with his upside, so not sure I'll make a deal. I'm the kind of guy who is hurt more by trading a guy away who subsequently goes off than I am not pulling the trigger and missing out. If you're the opposite, this is DEFINITELY a sell window...

So who is paying this idiot's paycheck? Find him, cancel the paychecks, fire the coach/gm disaster, move on from there. A bad coach/GM can ruin a team for a half decade or more if let loose w/no supervision. It's like how my house looks if our 1 year old dog and my 3 year old have 5 minutes of unsupervised time cubed.

DJ is a buy to me at his current price. Could do very well in an offense that will likely give him a lot of touches.

As a David Johnson owner, I'm absolutely shocked by this news.

I can't believe a team was willing to take on his salary. Better yet, I can't believe a team views him as a starter. Even better yet, I can't believe that team has a great offense with next to no competition in the backfield for touches.

We shouldn't rule out Houston drafting a RB in the first few rounds, but if, IF they enter the season with their current depth-chart mostly in tact, Johnson could actually be looking at 250+ touches in an above-average situation.

Can't believe that's possible - certainly didn't think it was possible 48 hours ago.

I can't see a RB in the first few rounds. They have too many other needs and already spent a 3rd on Duke, and made this deal.
