Depends on landing spots. Shenault seems like a major gamble due to health already though.

I have them ranked currently as:

Jeudy
Lamb
Ruggs
Higgens
Reagor
Jefferson
Shenault

But yes, you will need to see where they land to answer your question.

Pillage FIRST! THEN burn. Doing it the other way around is pointless.

Landing spots are huge. With that being said I think if the Cards, Raiders, Broncos, Colts, Eagles, Bills, Packers draft WR's in round 1 they will have chances to get a lot of playing time.
10 Team .5 PPR 1 QB League

QB: Goff, Brady, Herbert, Tannehill
RB: CEH, JT, Akers, Dobbins, Mixon
WR: Adams, Godwin, McLaurin, Lamb, Chark, Claypool, Pittman, Diontae, Anderson

Picks:

Reagor

Clearly, landing spots would change this, but currently, I have these guys ranked as:

Jefferson
Reagor
Ruggs
Shenault

They're all very close to me, though.

Pre-draft, you can really only rank as if they would all have the same level of prospect opportunity. In which case, I would rank them:

Ruggs
Jefferson
Shenault
Reagor

Impossible to rank them for fantasy purposes at this point.

Jefferson
Reagor
Ruggs
Shenault

I'm probably gonna be avoiding Shenault but with the other 3 it's all gonna come down to situation.
