Re: Austin Ekeler Value
I was offered Deebo today in PPR for him. Not a bad offer, but don't think I'll accept because that team needs rb help more than wr.
I think I agree with previous posters that 1.05 would be about my selling point this year.

Salary cap league, I've got cook at 5% of the cap, seriously thinking of offereing him for ekeler (0.002% of cap) and a pick to free up some much needed cap space for our auctions

That's my worry too. I have him stashed, but he's just been a roster clogger. Just seems to be dead weight. Will he ever be given a chance to take on a bigger role?Mjvb5 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 9:26 amas an upside handcuff sure. He didn't have a huge role last year with just ekeler

Re: Austin Ekeler Value
I tried to move him to the Ekeler owner in my 16 team league, couldn't get a 5th. so i'll hold for a while longer (53 man roster, idp)YouMightDieTryin wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 10:23 amThat's my worry too. I have him stashed right now, but he's just been a roster clogger for me. He hasn't really been given a chance to take on a bigger role, plus he had his calf injury last year. Just seems to be dead weight.

Re: Austin Ekeler Value
Depends on how deep your rosters are, late round pick, hasn’t shown much special, and is clearly stuck behind someone pretty good. If you cut him and don’t own ekeler I wouldn’t worry too muchYouMightDieTryin wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 10:23 amThat's my worry too. I have him stashed, but he's just been a roster clogger. Ekeler's value
Curious what people value Ekeler in 2020 rookie picks now that we know landing spots.

Re: Ekeler's value
1.05 or better for me. He is a big winner of the draft. Everyone questioned his role and if he would have a RBBC based on his size and past usage, looks like the Chargers are going with the chiefs route of just loading up on pass catchers and not thinking they will need to rely on interior rushing.

Re: Ekeler's value
You don't think Josh Kelley will get any significant snaps? I think he'll be the traditional runner with Ekeler keeping his role.nathanq42 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 6:18 pm 1.05 or better for me. Not all that counts can be counted. Not all that can be counted counts.
Re: Ekeler's value
55 - 35 - 10 split between Ekeler, Kelley, Jackson is what I'm expecting.Pac_Eddy wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 8:21 pmYou don't think Josh Kelley will get any significant snaps? That's enough for a player as explosive as Ekeler to put up fantasy points, especially in ppr.

Re: Ekeler's value
No. I think Ekeler gets a more substantial role. Kelley is a 4th round rookie. I am not even certain he beats out Jackson year 1. They will give Ekeler as many touches as they feel he can handle. They were always going to bring another back in, they lot Gordon. Highly doubt Kelley is their early down back. Jackson and Kelley will spell Ekeler, for however many snaps they deem that necessary. Of course, when Ekeler gets split out, they may have someone in the backfield as well from time to time.Pac_Eddy wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 8:21 pmYou don't think Josh Kelley will get any significant snaps?
